Guidance You Can Trust. Support You Deserve.

We help immigrants and families in Oregon with document preparation, government programs, and small business support: clearly, confidentially, and step by step.

Our vision

Empowering our community to thrive

We believe every person deserves clear information, respectful guidance, and trusted support when navigating important systems in life.

Our mission is to remove confusion and replace it with confidence, whether you are handling personal documents, education forms, or building a business.

Creemos que cada persona merece información clara, orientación respetuosa y apoyo confiable.

Services and prices

Flat, published prices so you know exactly what you will pay. Your first consultation is free, and we always confirm the price in writing before any work starts.

Free consultationFor everyone. The first 15–20 minutes to understand what you need and give you a clear price. No obligation.
Community Rate: 25% offIf anyone in your household has OHP, SNAP, WIC or free/reduced school lunch, or is 65+. Just show the card or letter. Applies to personal, family, student, tax and class services.
Family discountsExtra family members in the same visit pay less, and our family packages bundle common needs together.

Our promises

  • A clear price in writing (text is fine) before any work starts.
  • Pay when the work is done, by cash, card or Zelle. Business packages: half upfront.
  • If we make a mistake on a form, we fix it at no charge.
  • Approval of any application is decided by the agency, not OLA. Our fee covers the help, not the outcome.

* Average time per application, including one review meeting with the student. Essays are always the student's own writing. We coach and edit; we never write them.

† Third-party fees (state, city, county or agency fees) are estimates based on current published rates. They are set by the government agency or third party, may change at any time without notice, and are paid by the client directly. OLA does not set, collect or control these fees and is not responsible for them or any change in them.
